    When I am, I rarely ask myself that question.

    It’s more often a memory or a wish, so I find little use for that inquiry.

    I have always argued that happiness is a choice. It is a conscious decision that I have to make every day. Some days I make that choice, others I don’t get around to it. I think that today is a good day. I decided to be happy this morning, so I was.
